What this tool does
Roll unique operators and loadouts from one side for 1–5 players. Striker receives two different gadgets; everyone else receives one. Fixed unique abilities are excluded from gadget rolls. Blackbeard has no secondary weapon. Rolls do not guarantee wins; the strategy is yours.
